Forgot Password script for Member Management v1

plus2net seems like a great site, but our first interaction has has a minor problem....does anyone know where we can find the complete member management script package that includes the integrated forgot password script? We see the separate pieces but the site/tutorial says the forgot password feature is embedded in the member management script which also includes the admin features (its not as far as we can see). It looks like a good script, so if anyone can point us to the complete as advertised version (including the forgot password feature) we would be very thankful for the assist.
