Pages with less content and more of ads adds to the reasons for which the site is affected. But can we avoid thin content ? Here are some of the pages we cant avoid. Image gallery pages where we show one image only. Each image is one page having less or no content. Demo pages do not have much content where the main page will have all the explanations and the demo link will have only some buttons or links to show how the script works. These pages are thin pages but are required for the site. It is always advisable to focus on one topic per page. This also gives better distribution of keywords through page title. So it is always advisable to break the pages with different sub sections to different pages with unique page title. So this leads to more thin content. So do you think in recent update thin content does mater to site ranking as per Panda Update ? |

Visitors after landing will think on where to go or they will be lost within so many links. Best is to categorize the content in groups and sub groups and crate menu based on related areas. The 500 pages can have 5 section. Each section can have 100 pages in total under 10 groups. Link to each group ( 10 in total ) can be placed in each section home page. Each group main page will link to 10 content pages. In this way we are covering all pages and no page have more than 10 to 15 links. Home page with 5 links to 5 sections Each section home page have 10 links to 10 group page Each group page have links to 10 content pages. |
| smo1234 06-14-2012 | We lost all our gains on 8th June 12 algo change by google. This is part of a Panda update and not Penguin. Previously we gained around 15 % during Penguin update and we were expecting our upward journey will shortly start. |

Loosing traffic is highly discouraging as all your effort go no where. We are just adding new content and updating old pages. Don't know it will work or not |

We are just hopping that this is a short time set back only and we will return again. Meanwhile we are not working on any rectification plan, just continuing to do what we are doing now. | smo1234 05-29-2014 | We are recovering slowly. Panda 4.0 helped us. We stated gaining traffic from May 19th 2014. As on date we are not fully recovered to our three years back level but it is a good encouraging signal to us. |
