swing from Eclipse

Open Eclipse IDE
From Eclipse menu go to Help 
HELP > Eclipse Market Place > Window Builder
Use Install button

To start with SWING project 
File > New > Other > Window Builder >
	Swing designer > Application Window
In place of Application Window you can use JFrame.

Give a name to your Create Application window. Then click Finish.

Note the two tabs Source and Design , we will be using them to toggle between design pannel and source code.
