The IP result was showing my country but the town or state is so wrong. I live on the other side of my country. Strange enough the town that was given was where I lived 4 years ago !

This is based on your ISP location. Your ISP again distribute to your city or locality which is again distributed. Mostly your ISP is same in both towns.
